Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Assist in the daily HR operations function and work according to Company policies and SOP.
  • Provide support on HR-related events and office administrative.
  • Provide support for work passes renewal and restricted work area passes application.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an efficient and well-organized office environment.
  • Timely process HR invoices and update in the work file.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned to you.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 year of generalist experience in HR and office administration.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willing to learn and open-minded person, able to handle pressure and adapt changes.

Note

This is a 6-month contract and renewal are subject to performance and department workload.
