  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a US Multinational Corporation in the Environmental Solutions industry with strong global presence and headquartered regionally in Singapore. They are now looking for an Assistant Finance Manager (Group Consolidation) to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Financial Controller.

THE ROLE

The Assistant Finance Manager (Group Consolidation) will be responsible for:

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for the group
  • Ensure accurate consolidation of financial statements, including the elimination of intercompany transactions and balances
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or GAAP
  • Ensure all group reporting deadlines are met, including internal and external reporting requirements
  • Prepare detailed variance analysis, identifying and explaining key drivers of financial performance
  • Oversee the reconciliation and elimination of intercompany balances and transactions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the financial consolidation process

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Finance/Business Administration or relevant academics' background
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or consolidation, preferably in a Multinational Corporation and Big 4 environment
  • Strong understanding of IFRS or GAAP
  • Financial consolidation software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Oracle), and ERP systems experience would advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
