Job Description:

As a Business Manager of Achieve Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation through digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies tailored to startup environments, focusing on rapid growth, scalability, and market penetration. Your expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology will be critical in establishing and optimizing digital operations to achieve business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement agile solutions and leverage emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to drive rapid growth and market expansion in startup settings.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to acquire and retain customers.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes, analyzing digital performance metrics and KPIs to optimize strategies and drive ROI.
