We are pleased to partner a leading Financial Services firm to appoint an International Mobility & Rewards Vice-President into their global Human Resources (HR) team. Guided by the core values of diversity, inclusivity and sustainability, the client has amassed footprints in all the world’s most dynamic markets. Such foresight extends internally and constitutes the bedrock of their Human Resources (HR) blueprint, which explains why they are looking for a dynamic, switched-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) who is able to actualize Mobility and Rewards strategies effectively. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor position.

Reporting into the Global Head of Rewards, the successful individual will be part of a team responsible for facilitating inward/outward mobility across regions through meaningful programmes and strategies. You will collaborate closely with a range of internal (country HR Managers, C&B colleagues) and external (consultants/vendors, authorities) stakeholders from both the ‘receiving’ and ‘sending’ countries to provide tailored advice on packages, tax etc. Aside from Mobility, looking at Benefits and particular forms of Compensation (e.g. equity) from the global level also comprise the remaining portfolio. In sum, you serve as an internal consultant who is the Subject Matter Expert on all topics relating to Mobility, Tax, Benefits and Deferred Compensation.

This role will undoubtedly require candidates who have strong knowledge of the global tax legislation and immigration landscape. Those possessing a blend of consulting and inhouse, corporate experience will be looked upon favourably. Aside from possessing the requite knowledge, strong interpersonal skills are also key since you will be influencing businesses, collaborating on solutions and develop cross-functional partnerships that create robust regional programs.
