We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Executive to join our team, focusing on recruiting students for our Executive MBA program. This role involves extensive pre-sales activities, primarily through phone outreach to book information sessions with prospective students. Additionally, the Student Executive will support the recruitment team with marketing efforts, agent management, and other duties assigned by the Head of Student Recruitment.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a passion for sales, and be highly organized. This role is instrumental in driving lead generation and converting prospects into applicants for our prestigious Executive MBA program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales Activities (80%)

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to prospective Executive MBA students through cold calling, warm leads, and other pre-sales outreach methods.
  • Scheduling Information Sessions: Book a minimum of 20 information sessions per week with potential candidates, communicating the benefits and value propositions of the Executive MBA program.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their motivations, career goals, and alignment with the program’s offerings.
  • CRM Management: Accurately and consistently update the CRM system with lead details, tracking communications and follow-ups. Ensure timely and effective engagement with prospective students.

2. Marketing Support & Agent Management (10%)

  • Event Collaterals: Assist in creating and managing marketing materials for recruitment events, ensuring branding consistency and strong messaging aligned with the Executive MBA program.
  • Agent Management: Collaborate with external recruitment agents, providing necessary program information, ensuring that agents are well-equipped to promote the program effectively.
  • Agent Pipeline: Track and manage the pipeline of student leads generated through agents, ensuring a smooth follow-up process and successful conversions from leads to applicants.

3. Additional Duties (10%)

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Head of Student Recruitment with various administrative tasks and special projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $3,200.00 per month
