You will work with the Customer Portfolio teams. The Customer portfolio will hold all the products related to B2B and Customer Tech Products. The key impacted Business teams are the Sales and Commercial Functions.

Your role will seat under the Sales Execution product family, and you will be part of a product squad, Distribution Management Systems (DMS).

The position covers activities related to DMS to enable our businesses to improve and grow across our markets, with a specific focus on Asia:

The DMS Business Analyst will act as a change enabler by contributing to the definition with our Global business counterparts of a target blueprint, the archetypes and their associated routes to market, as well as our strategy to meet our company’s ambitions.

Our Tech Proximity Teams, in charge of capturing and funnelling our affiliates’ business needs, especially the Proximity Teams in contact with our biggest markets,

And the Business Key Users, our primary contacts across all our entities in the world, Key actors to ensure the best adoption of our solutions.

The responsibilities encompass capturing Business/Tech stakeholders' needs and translating them into functional specifications to fuel a product backlog. Collecting insights to support decision-making is part of the role, aiding the Product Owner in defining, delivering, and monitoring product value.

Product Catalog Management : Participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from my scope based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager

Demand management & Backlog Management : Perform detailed analysis to ensure understanding of business needs and convert them into detailed functional & non-functional specifications. Convert business requirements into EPIC's, Features and User stories to fuel a product backlog. Secure maintenance of requirements throughout product lifecycle, translating product backlog into functional and non-functional requirements at each phase

Product lifecycle management : Collaborate with development team to ensure proposed technical solutions for the Products are addressing business needs. Contribute to functional and non-functional testing, assist Product Owner in defining and monitoring product value. Build documentation on processes & results to ease understanding of stakeholders & decision-making on value. Support documentation creation for final users. Prepare roll-out plan in coordination with proximity teams

Incident management : Contribute to L2/L3 support, identify & implement incident resolution

Reporting Line (direct/indirect): Product Owner (support him/her in their daily activity)

Key internal stakeholders : Other squad members (to collaborate as part of the same agile squad), Domain Proximity Specialists (to consolidate Business demands), Service Management (to jointly work on incident Management and resolution), Key Users (to collect business needs)

Key external stakeholders : Existing partners of the already existing applications, New partners upon validated solutions and agreements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced in FMCG industry
  • Analytic & critical thinking, with experience in analyzing & breaking down problems & information using structured frameworks & methodologies
  • Business orientation & macro understanding of Pernod Ricard business strategy, objectives & Distribution Management Systems
  • Master proficiency on Pernod Ricard analytics assets, with the ability to build insights from relevant self-service capabilities
  • Detail-oriented & data-driven mindset
  • Collaboration & agile ways of working
