About the job

You will join the Real Estate and Workplace Experience and Record Information Management newly created team. This team monitors the creation of all Sanofi CHC locations and services and manages all issues for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit buildings worldwide.

The newly created team will develop the strategic roadmap and implement new business models for Real Estate and the workplace Experience.

The Regional Sites Head will be responsible for all activities related to the Sanofi CHC sites in his/her region. As the Regional Sites Head you will be the point of contact for the Site Leads and Cluster sites leads, and you will coordinate with the Global RE Head and the Global Workplace Experience Head the implementation of our roadmap and the ways of working. You will be responsible for leading the Workplace Experience implementation in your region and report all deviation.

Your will be responsible to work with your Site leads and Cluster sites lead to be compliant in term of HSE and Security for all our locations in your region.

You will decide in connection with the Global Workplace Experience Head the appropriated business model in term of Workplace Experience (external provider choice, brief, ways of working) and you will have to coordinate with your other regional partner the key actions (Event Program, Hospitality guidelines, Car Fleet).

In the next year you will have to coordinate with your team the exit from access segregation to Sanofi CHC space with a full autonomy and facilitate the relations between Sanofi Biopharma and CHC for this exercise.

You will have to manage a team in term of recruitment, assessment, and development plan.

Main responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for the Global Real Estate Head and the Global Workplace Experience Head (Real Estate and Workplace Experience) concerning the management of your sites/Clusters.

  • You will be responsible of the implementation of the Car Fleet and RIM guidelines in your region and you will have to develop a mitigation plan in case of deviation.

  • You will manage a team of 7 people including the recruitment, assessment and development plan. Your priority will be to embed the Sanofi CHC culture across your region.

  • You will be the point of contact for our global providers at regional level (Facility Management, RIM) to ensure a full understanding of our strategy.

  • You will be sure of the implementation of all security guidelines for the sites and our employees in connection the Global Site security guidelines.

  • You will control the implementation of legal and company-internal HSE guidelines to prevent occupational accidents and diseases within your area of responsibility.

  • You will be responsible to have a full understanding of our “sustainability” roadmap for RE and Wx and you will manage the implementation in your region.

  • You define, control, and manage a competitive Workplace Experience budget in your region and arbitrate in case of deviation.

  • You will have to coordinate the set up of all new projects (new building, extension) and be sure the project follows global guidelines. You will be the decision maker for your region in the day-to-day management.

  • You will be member of the RE/Wx/RIM Leadership Team and your role will be to participate actively on all strategic topics (business model, roadmap, budget).

  • You will have a certain level of autonomy which means you will have to show capabilities on Decision making, risk management and team management.
