Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through various stages of the service including onboarding, fine-tuning, ongoing operations, service expansion, and renewals.
  • Enhance customers' security posture by clearly communicating the benefits of MSSP services.
  • Work closely with Cyber Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels through effective communication.
  • Understand and assess customers' needs, problems, and challenges; make appropriate recommendations to improve their cybersecurity situation.
  • Understand customers' environments to identify additional monitoring opportunities and enhance their cybersecurity posture; collaborate with sales teams on new opportunities and renewals.
  • Oversee and manage projects during the onboarding phase, coordinating activities, setting deadlines, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Hold cadence meetings with customers during the operational phase to review security posture and discuss service improvements.
  • Create customized reports to provide insights and demonstrate the value of MSSP services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, follow up to ensure solutions, and act as an escalation contact to drive issue resolution within the organization.


Key Skills required:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 3 years of service delivery experience in an MSSP environment or cybersecurity product company.
  • Certification in CISSP, CEH, CISA, or CISM is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and architecture in an enterprise environment, with exposure to security technologies such as firewalls, IPS, Proxy, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide creative solutions to resolve challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive problem solver with the ability to break down complex problems.
