Hisense is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Home Appliances & Television. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies for Hisense's home appliance products, including refrigerators, washing machines, and TVs. You will drive product innovation, collaborate with authorized partners, manage the sales team, and ensure our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies for home appliances and TVs to boost revenue and market share.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support the sales team to meet sales targets and encourage a high-performance environment.
  • Sales Planning: Manage sales forecasts and production plans to align with market demands.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work with retail partners and authorized distributors to create effective in-store strategies and promotions.
  • Pricing & Positioning: Develop competitive pricing strategies to attract customers while keeping profitability in mind.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional plans that highlight our products.
  • Product Management: Oversee product development and lifecycle for home appliances and TVs, ensuring they align with customer preferences.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product development and sales efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with teams like R&D, marketing, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches.
  • Financial Management: Monitor the product’s profitability and budget to ensure it meets business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales and product management experience, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
  • Skills: Strong market analysis, sales strategy, and teamwork.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets and pricing strategies.
  • Communication: Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Language Requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and read) and English (spoken, written, and read) is required.
