What You'll Do

As a Client Operations Executive, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, handling their account or trade-related queries. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you monitor platform processes, ensuring successful execution of system batch runs for hourly settlements. In case of any system or data feed outage, you will activate contingency procedures to mitigate impact. You will also monitor members' margin balance positions and manage margin calls proactively. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in monitoring members' credit or concentration limits and managing risk limit exposure. Any major operational process, system run or data feed failures will be escalated by you to Ops management for prompt resolution. Additionally, you will perform level 1 analysis and review of market surveillance alerts.

  • Monitor platform processes and ensure successful execution of system batch run for hourly settlement.

  • Monitor member’s credit or concentration limit and manage risk limit exposure.

  • Perform level 1 analysis and review of market surveillance alerts.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Client Operations Executive role brings a wealth of experience from the banking/securities services/fintech/payment industry. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in liaising with clients and team members. You have a good understanding of relevant regulatory and market conduct rules and other related regulations. Your proven analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in monitoring platform processes and managing risk limit exposure. You are collaborative, self-disciplined, and focused on the team's success. Your ability to learn quickly with provided training and adapt to a fast-paced environment will be essential. Lastly, your flexibility to work in different shifts covering operations is required. Shift allowances are afforded for this.
