  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Ecommerce Operations Associate

Join our dynamic team at Retykle, where sustainability meets fashion! We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual to assist in the smooth operation of our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, including order picking, packing, and inventory tracking.
  • Assist with product photography, website updates, and studio operations.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting the values of circular fashion and sustainability.
  • Support the execution of offline events, including pop-ups and community engagements.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required to support the operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, retail operations, and/or logistics is a plus.
  • Passionate about technology, fashion, sustainability, and the e-commerce landscape.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial and start-up environment with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Legally permitted to work in Singapore.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
