Responsibilities:

  • Drive merchant development, and retention by creating focused efforts to build and communicate compelling offerings to merchants
  • Assist to develop, execute, and optimize marketing and communications strategy to raise product awareness and acceptance
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key accounts and retail merchants and be measured by sign-up, retention, profitability, revenue growth and customer satisfaction of the respective portfolio
  • Provide ongoing support to manage merchant accounts

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing/Management
  • Background in merchant sales in payment and rewards a definite advantage
  • 3 - 4 years' sales experience preferred
  • Fluency in English, with good written and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced Fintech environment
  • Be constantly self-motivated to achieve sales targets under pressure
  • Determined, resilient, and results-driven in a growth-focused startup
