As an IT Service Management Officer, you will oversee critical areas such as stakeholder management, IT service delivery, incident resolution, IT security compliance, and configuration management. Strong knowledge of SMTP mail routing, DNS, OWA, and IT security practices.
Preferred: ITIL certification and experience with NMIS tools.
