Join a dynamic IT Governance Team responsible for managing the development and maintenance of IT services for our client. As an IT Service Management Officer, you will oversee critical areas such as stakeholder management, IT service delivery, incident resolution, IT security compliance, and configuration management. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver operational excellence while ensuring alignment with policies, standards, and best practices.


Key Responsibilities

Monitor and report SLA/KPI performance, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Support project delivery, audits, and system maintenance with stakeholders and vendors.
Manage IT asset inventories, obsolescence, and security patching for compliance.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and recommend preventive actions.
Ensure system adherence to security and compliance standards, providing audit support.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in project management.
Expertise in Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019), Active Directory, Windows Server, and Skype for Business.
Strong knowledge of SMTP mail routing, DNS, OWA, and IT security practices.
Preferred: ITIL certification and experience with NMIS tools.
