Our client is a premium luxury retail brand that recently expanded its café here. The potential talents we are seeking for must have exceptional barista skills and provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to customers.

Attractive Basic Salary: From $2,600 Per Month
Location: Chinatown
Full-Time Permanent Role – 5-Days Work Week, 44 Hours (Shift Work)

Job Responsibilities:

Providing warm welcome to customers and introduce daily specials and new menu items, answer questions, and process orders and payments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintaining cleanliness, by tidying up, cleaning, washing etc, ensuring a smooth operation to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol.
Ensuring sufficient stock by monitoring stock level, replenishment, and handling stock delivery upon arrival.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality coffee experiences.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in food and beverage preparation is preferred.
Experience with specialty coffee is an advantage.
Strong passion for coffee with the ability to share its story.
Eagerness to continually enhance knowledge of coffee varieties.
Strong focus on customer service and experience.
