Job Description

PASTRY CHEF:


Baking: Follow recipes to bake pastries, cakes, breads, and other baked goods
Decorating: Use icings, toppings, and sauces to decorate pastries and other desserts
Menu development: Create new desserts to enhance menus and engage customers
Ingredient management: Order, weigh, and measure ingredients, and maintain accurate records
Equipment maintenance: Operate kitchen equipment and ensure it's in good working order
Staff management: Recruit, hire, and train assistant pastry chefs and bakers
Sanitation: Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards


BARISTA:

Greeting customers and serving customers.
Have passion and creativity in preparing coffee.
Handle daily operations such as cashiering, kitchen duties, and order preparations.
Ensure outlet cleanliness and well maintained for all equipment.
Taking orders and serving food and beverages.
Willing to cooperate and work closely with other staff to achieve the highest customer service satisfaction.
Other ad-hoc duties requested from managers.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with relevant work experience in the F&B industry are an advantage.
Willing to learn and be trained with a positive attitude.
Able to establish good communications with different customers.
Follow food hygiene policies, procedures, and safety.
