Job Description

• Oversee the full P&L for the brand's e-commerce business across the region, developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team.

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies encompassing marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service.

• Collaborate closely with the Director to align brand strategy with overall business objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the regional e-commerce landscape.

• Oversee the brand's online merchandising strategy, ensuring optimal product presentation, pricing, and inventory management.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on business performance to senior management.

• Develop and manage the annual budget for the brand's e-commerce business.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all online channels.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven track record of success in managing and growing e-commerce businesses, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketing channels, and analytics tools.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
