Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Policyholder Experience Monitoring:
Support the team in identifying key observations or trends to aid in developing effective management action plans.
2.Assist in Inforce Management Committee Deck Preparation:
Collaborate in the preparation of presentation materials for top-level management, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making processes.
3. Support Basis Change Exercises:
Participate in updating product assumptions and ensuring accuracy and intentionality in documentation, such as table validation checks.
4. Enhance Reporting and Automation:
Contribute to the improvement of working files and assist in automating reports using Power BI for policyholder experience gain/loss reporting.
5.Ad-hoc Analysis and Requests:
Take on various analytical tasks and special projects as needed, offering a chance to explore different facets of the business.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background:
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
3. Attention to Detail:
Demonstrated meticulousness and keen observation skills in handling data and reports.
4. Growth Mindset:
An eagerness to learn and adapt, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth and development.
