Job Descriptions:

  • Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.
  • Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
  • Enter and upload invoices unto system – set invoices up for fortnightly payment run.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Prepare and perform check runs.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Maintain PV and unpaid invoices files.
  • Daily update of cash books.
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • Assist with month-end closing.
  • Assist with project account draw down.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Account or Degree in Accounting or any relevant discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, committed and self-motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
