Job Descriptions:
- Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
- Enter and upload invoices unto system – set invoices up for fortnightly payment run.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Prepare and perform check runs.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Maintain PV and unpaid invoices files.
- Daily update of cash books.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Assist with project account draw down.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Account or Degree in Accounting or any relevant discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, committed and self-motivated
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month
