On behalf of our client, a market leader in their specialisation, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as Technical Support Associate.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for meter installation arrangement
- Address customer queries regarding metering concerns
- Attend to and troubleshoot any metering faults
- Investigate site abnormalities resulting from power surges or drops in energy consumption
- Perform meter accuracy tests upon customer request
- Follow up on meter readings not obtained by vendors or the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system
- Process daily tasks through internal workflow and coordinate with vendors for subsequent periodic meter readings or installations
- Communicate internally regarding customer inquiries related to metering and replacement of faulty meters
- Manage meter inventory
- Interaction with customers either through email correspondence or in-person meetings at customer locations
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical or a relevant engineering field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (diploma)
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience in meter management is advantageous but not mandatory
- Candidates with the willingness to learn new skills will also be considered
- The contract will be renewed, subject to work performance
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
