To primarily assist in Division assets management, and also to provide timely assistance and support in other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required by Division.
1. Assist in Division assets management:
• Update and maintain fixed assets/ inventorised assets records timely, so that information is up to date.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all fixed asset and inventorised asset tag.
• Work on asset disposals/ transfers for the Division and ensure all procedures are within NTU guideline.
• Carries out asset sighting / confirmation on regular basis for audit checks and handovers.
• Provide advisory to PIs in our Division on fixed assets processes to ensure compliance with relevant policies.
• Updating of SOPs for system processes.
• Handle disposal of lab consumables and equipment, proper maintain of inventory documentation for finance and asset management purpose.
2. Assist in distribution and development of the company annual newsletter publication.
• Distribute recent issue to physics community.
• Collect content of the magazine from the related people such as faculty members, research and technical staff, students.
• Edit and organise the content into a form of magazine.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experiences
