Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing and Documentation: Prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders accurately and on time.
Call Management: Answer and handle phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Payroll Assistance: Prepare salary vouchers for workers and ensure timely distribution.
File Management: Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for all company documents, both physical and digital.
GST Filing: Assist in the preparation and submission of GST returns to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
General Office Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
