Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the business growth strategy for Singapore.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to achieve AUM growth, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operationalisation of quarterly and yearly plans with direct reports and teams you collaborate with.
  • Identify and act on new business opportunities, including partnerships and product innovations, to enhance our competitive position.
  • Own the CSAT and NPS scores for Singapore and work on continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to differentiate the customer experience and expand market share.
  • Represent the brand and our house investment view at any external engagement.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience of which at least 3 years managing teams and growth/PnL responsibilities.
  • Experience in Start-ups/Scale-ups, Marketing/Business Development or Management Consulting. Understanding of the Singapore Fintech industry is a must.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering growth in digital & tech-led environments.
  • Able to lead through influence in a cross-functional international environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Passion for Investing is a must.
