Job Responsibilities
To put up job advertisements or adopt other suitable recruitment strategies to source for the right candidates for Regular and Contract positions
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation for new employees
Manage and complete entire off-boarding process
Administer re-employment according to the Retirement and Re-employment Act (RRA)
Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Manage contract renewals
Job Requirements
Min Degree in Human Resource
At least 1 year of experience in Staffing
Assist employees on all HR-related matters
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
