Role Description:
This role will manage the full spectrum of finance responsibilities, not limited to; financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, financial planning, tax compliance, and other relevant functions.
• Preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
• Managing and forecasting budget allocations and expenses.
• Handling tax filings, including preparation and submission of documents.
• Creating new financial policies and updating the existing ones.
• Overseeing the financial auditing process.
• Providing financial advice and support to management.
• Ensuring best financial practices and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processes, including payroll calculations, coordination with payroll vendors, and resolving payroll inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department, and offer backup and support to other departments and stakeholders as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience within FMCG, F&B, Retail industry or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of XERO software is advantages.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle discreet sensitive financial matters.
• Able to take initiative, work well in a fast-paced environment.
