We are an indoor children's' playground in Singapore, with room for growth and we are seeking for Playground Ambassadors to manage the playground admission & day-to-day operations (e.g. maintain facility, upkeep hygiene, safety and operations standard).
Job Description:
To ensure administrative duties are undertaken:
- Collect payments at the counter.
- Ensure that all receipts are properly kept.
- Perform sales settlement.
To ensure good customer service practices are carried out while handling children and parents.
- Assist in providing satisfactory customer experience.
- Assist in crowd control and managing visitor safety.
- Assist in maintaining the playground cleanliness and tidiness.
- Support day-to-day events and activities.
- Execute special tasks and projects assigned by the management/supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Enjoy working with young children and their families.
- Able to work shifts and commit during peak period.
- Willing to explore a new environment and learn new skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
- Candidates with knowledge of playground retail experiences will be advantageous.
- Team player and independent worker.
