Job Descriptions:

  • To assist with menu design, and printing for the Hotel Cafe.
  • To handle guest enquiries via email and phone calls (e.g. reservations booking, gift certificates etc.).
  • To support restaurant services during the absence of F&B Operations Manager.
  • To consolidate and prepare reports.
  • To maintain an accurate inventory of all supplies and equipment in the department.
  • To prepare and handle food costings.
  • To fulfil any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to him/her.

Requirements:

  • Possess relevant professional qualifications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Prior experience in F & B/ Hospitality industry will be advantageous.
  • Able to work independently & a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Words, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
