Manne & Co is a live-streaming station that is looking to grow in the realm of content creation and develop marketing strategies that will effectively attract new fans and customers. As a forward-looking company, we adopt state-of-the-art technology in our live streams where customers can experience novel formats of online shopping.
Job Scope
Work together with respective live hosts to gather information on potential products (including USP & marketing strategy) and plan the flow of the next scheduled live.
Upload relevant live product listings into respective live platform dashboards.
Support live host with written codes in the comment section & create excitement throughout the live.
Troubleshoot & resolve customer issues.
Provide customer service and sales support to customers.
Job Requirement
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, or related discipline.
Min. 2 years relevant experiences in logistics industry or international trade-related experiences.
Candidates with relevant working experience will also be considered.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multi tasks.
Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Team player and committed to work.
Effective communication and co-ordination skill.
Bilingual individuals, proficiency in Mandarin, spoken & written will be required.
People person, friendly & customer centric.
Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate.
Able to work on weekends occassionally.
