  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location: Bedok (walking distance from MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

Delivers excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

Processes customer orders, handles stock allocation, delivery, and invoicing.
Manages customer claims.
Handles incoming calls and faxes.
Liaises with forwarders for pickups, fumigation, and booking, advising customers on shipment details.
Prepares documents (e.g., Certificate of Origin, Letters of Credit).
Maintains organized import/export documents and files.
Performs other general administrative tasks.

Job Requirement:

Min, Diploma in Logistics/Customer Service or related fields.
Min. 3 years of Customer Service experience in the field of Logistics.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other office applications.
