Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning or business development, preferably in BPO or professional services.
Strong skills in data analysis and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven success in executing plans that drive growth.
Ability to manage projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
