Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business relationships with key customers to secure sales.
- Managing ongoing opportunities to achieves sales target.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and the project team, conveying customer feedback, requirements and technical support from project initiation to completion.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers’ base.
- Conduct Site Survey, prepare and follow up on tender, quotations, sales enquiries, etc on daily / regular basis.
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement
- Preferably Engineering background with Construction experience.
- Competent knowledge in Microsoft Office & PC skills.
- Sales and customer driven with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Objective driven and able to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
- Good teamwork and able to handle fast-paced environment.
- Well organized with a strong work ethics, positive attitude and highly self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
