Role and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in the recruitment process and coordinate interview arrangements.
Facilitate onboarding activities, including creating email accounts, security access, and scheduling new hire orientations.
HR Documentation and Processes
Prepare HR letters such as Employment Letters, Confirmation Letters, and others.
Monitor and process matters related to work passes, probation periods, and other employment-related activities.
Ensure timely updates and maintenance of employee databases, personnel files, and MOM portal Occupational Employment Dataset (OED).
Employee Management
Oversee claims processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
Administer staff benefits, allowances, attendance logs, leave records, and overtime logs, preparing necessary reports for departmental review.
Policy and Compliance
Assist in the submission of IR8A and IR21 tax matters.
Review and update company HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook as required.
Exit Coordination
Manage the exit process, including issuing acceptance letters, conducting handovers, and completing clearance procedures.
General HR Administration
Participate in market surveys and other HR-related research.
Handle contract renewals for contractual staff and maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Digitize and maintain administrative contracts and agreements.
Provide daily HR administrative support and assist with other duties or projects as assigned by the Head of Department.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
