Job Scope:
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documents, delivery orders, testing and safety paperwork, and compile weekly, monthly, and customer reports.
Project Coordination: Support project activities by monitoring tasks, coordinating schedules, consolidating meeting minutes, and ensuring PDPA compliance for site submissions.
Customer and Administrative Support: Address customer inquiries, provide secretarial support to the project team, and manage administrative tasks like meeting room bookings and process improvements.
Quotations and Service Management: Handle service quotations, follow-ups, and associated tasks, including creating sales orders, job logs, and coordinating requests with relevant teams.
Supplier and Billing Assistance: Assist the Finance Team with billing for modifications and support the Service Controller in sourcing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Requirements:
1-2 years working experience or Fresh Grad are welcome!
PC knowledge in MS Office
