Created and managed Login ID accounts for online users, providing access to the platform and resolving any account-related issues.
Prepared and delivered quotations for customers based on their requirements, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely responses.
Assisted customers with their sales inquiries through email and phone calls
Maintained accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborated with internal teams, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Supported ad hoc tasks and administrative duties
