Scope of Work:
- Management of day-to-day store store operations within business area
- Management of manpower within the business area
- Management of Team Member concerns, needs, and well-being
- Responsible for New Store Openings and Store Renovations within the business area
- Responsible for Team Member Training
- Responsible for business area profitability
- Ensure that restaurants are sufficient staffed, Team Members are led and developed to achieve the expected work performance and productivity
- Responsible for the Guest Experience by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products to guests
- Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements
- Preparing documents and updating records
- Travelling to different stores and participating in daily operations as required
- Business Area Rotation may be as required, depends on business needs and managements' business decision
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalence (Local/PR)
- Relevant experience in Restaurant Area Management
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership skills organizational and planning abilities
- Motivated, result-oriented and a fast learner
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
