Assistant Manager / Manager, Talent Development
You will be part of HCC’s Talent Development division that manages programmes to identify and groom a pipeline of top talent to drive Singapore’s Digital Economy and media ecosystem and be the next generation of leaders in the infocomm media (ICM) sector
Programme management – plan, manage and run key entry-level leadership programmes under IMDA’s SG Digital Leadership Accelerator, such as the SG Digital Scholarship - a unique industry scholarship that develops the future generation of tech and media leaders for Singapore. Track programme outcomes, budget, and timeline to ensure compliance with programme plans.
Stakeholder relationship management – manage key stakeholder relationships in the universe of scholarships and other entry-level talent programmes, including institutes of high learning, private sector employer partners, public agencies.
Communications and engagements – Plan and execute engagement initiatives such as mentorship programmes to develop a strong network of young ICM leaders, and oversee campaigns to promote the SG Digital Scholarship
What we are looking for:
At least 3 years of working experience in Communications, Human Resources or Talent Management.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyse data and propose policy recommendations.
Great attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication details to handle a wide range of stakeholders.
Good understanding of the infocomm media industry and passion for working with aspiring young students/ICM professionals.
Result-driven self-starter and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Comfortable working with different technology platforms.
