PURPOSE AND SCOPE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to manage and structure both short- and long-term thermal and renewable energy solutions for a diverse range of customers, including those in data centres, semiconductor and manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and government sectors.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills and preferably a deep understanding of Singapore’s electricity market.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and structure sales strategy to achieve both short- and long-term sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and deepen understanding of global and local trends, providing insights and recommendation to optimize sales and market positioning
- Conduct commercial negotiation, deal structuring and sales presentations tailored to customers’ requirements
- Build and maintain strong engagement and relationship with various key stakeholders such as clients, governmental authorities and project partners
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record in sales and contract management, preferably in the power and utilities or sustainability industry
- Experience with Singapore’s electricity market is highly preferred
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

- Proficient in data analysis and negotiation techniques tailored to complex energy solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders\\
