Oversee and lead the E-test and characterizations team in the comprehensive characterizations and analysis of power devices to validate design and process changes.
Established capabilities for high voltage (1.2KV to 10KV) and high current (20A to 500A) DC, AC, and SOA reliability characterizations for both wafer-level and package-level devices.
Develop custom test-bench setups and test-fixtures as required for high voltage power electronic devices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorships to junior engineers and team members. Develop programs in LabVIEW, Excel, and Python to control various instruments, including wafer probers, double pulse testers, oscilloscopes, and source meters.
Create programs in Excel and Python to manage extensive databases and automate the plotting of test data with the extraction of corresponding parameters.
Conduct DC and dynamic characteristic measurements of SiC MOSFETs, diodes, IGBTs, and other power devices.
Perform MOSCAP measurements at various temperatures for both wafer and package levels.
Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Review and troubleshoot power application boards and modules.
Assist with failure analysis to identify the root cause of test reliability issues.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with various customers.
Work collaboratively with scientists, engineers, and technicians to enhance measurement and analysis methods.

Job Requirements:
Ms/PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
>12 years industrial/Research experience in power deviced and power module.
Ability to review and troubleshoot power application boards and modules.
Demonstrates strong understanding of devices physics and data analysis skills.
Possesses knowledge of DC and dynamic characteristics of high-voltage devices, including SiC MOSFETs, diodes, and IGBTs.
Has extensive experience in high-voltage measurements for wafer-level and package devices.
Demonstrates knowledge and experience in the safe handling of high-voltage devices.
Possesses knowledge of double pulse testers and the characteristics of SiC MOSFETs, diodes, and IGBTs.
Has hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing and probing, with familiarity in GPIB, RS-232, DAQ, and other interfaces.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with power electronics industry testing standards and best practices
Work with engineering teams to ensure long-term performance and reliability of SiC devices.
Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to lead teams to achieve goals.
Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
