Roles & Responsibilities
Send out invoices to clients accurately and promptly
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth billing processes
Handle customer inquiries related to billing and orders
Update blanket PO balance quantity
Issue invoice and delivery order
Pick and pack goods
File and keep invoices, packing list and DO
Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting
Verify delivery order details, by cross referencing with customer's signed contracts/ quotations to ensure accuracy, and proactively address anu discrepancies or errors to compliance with agreed terms
Maintain and update accurate records of billing transactions within the system
Any other adhoc duties given
Requirements
Minimum of 1 years of work experience as Administrator
At least GCE ‘O’ Level and above
Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
5.5 days work week
