Engineering Technician
Job Description
· Support the assembly of electromechanical assemblies;
· Support the assembly of wire harness;
· Provide on-site customer support (bases on customer’s request);
o Wire routing on box or machine level
o On site rework service
· Review and study product specifications and technical drawings;
· Developing, building, or testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures;
· Assisting in new product development and define production process flow;
· Set up and operate production machines, equipment, instrument in accordance with good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures;
· Monitor, calibrate and adjust production processes or machines, equipment, instrument for quality and productivity;
· Troubleshoot problems with machines, equipment, instrument or products;
· Keep proper records, maintain and ensure serviceability of machines, equipment, instrument and tools;
· Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
· Minimum Qualification Level: Diploma, Nitec, Certificate in Office Skills, NTC Grade 2 or equivalent.
· Working experience in manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies is advantageous.
· Able to interpret mechanical drawing and electrical schematic.
· Able to carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs.
· Positive and willing to learn attitude, possess high level of initiative.
· Able to read and communicate in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
