Job Description

  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days; Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + OT + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and identify areas that require waterproofing.
  • Prepare surfaces for waterproofing by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing.
  • Apply waterproofing materials using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing.
  • Install drainage systems and solutions to manage water accumulation.
  • Repair cracks, gaps, and other structural defects using caulking, grout, or other sealants to prevent water entry.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
