Salary: $2,400 - $4,200
Working Days: 6 days/week
Working Hours: 63 hrs/week (excluding 2 hr break)

Locations:
Asia Square Tower (near Downtown MRT)
South Beach Avenue (near Esplanade MRT)
Responsibilities:
Involvement of culinary operations in selected cuisine restaurants
Execution of new menus with Head Chef & Directors (Sous Chef / Jr Sous Chef / CDP)
Preparation of daily operations & mise en place
Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures
Adhere to attendance and discipline levels against duty roster and schedule
Requirements
No prior experience required for Commis Cook
At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry; experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions (Sous Chef / Jr Sous Chef / CDP)
Passionate about food, strong in leadership & able to assist in managing the kitchen
Food-oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as a team
