We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee cleaning operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team of cleaning staff.
This role requires a valid Singapore driving license (Manual, Class 3) and the ability to perform physical tasks.
6 Day work week
9am to 6pm
Expected Salary between $2300 - $2600

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
• Be trained in specialized cleaning techniques, including upholstery cleaning (mattresses, sofas, carpets, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Manage scheduling and allocation of tasks to team members.
• Load and unload cleaning equipment (up to 20kg) on a daily basis.
• Maintain punctuality and promote a strong work ethic within the team.
• Drive company lorry to job sites and return home as needed.
Qualifications:
• Valid Singapore driving license (manual, Class 3).
• Proven experience in a cleaning or supervisory role is preferred.
• Physically fit to handle lifting and carrying of equipment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
