Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i-Lab@NTU) led by Prof. Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo is seeking for a research fellow to focus on fabrication, simulation, and characterization of integrated photonics devices.
Key Responsibilities:
The research fellow will focus on the following tasks:
Design and Simulation of integrated photonics components such as waveguides, grating couplers, etc.
Micro- and Nano-fabrication of photonics devices in cleanroom environments.
Experimental characterization of integrated photonics chips.
Providing general research support to i-Lab.
Job Requirements:
PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
Research experience in photonics with a strong publication track record
Expertise in cleanroom nano-fabrication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
