Responsibilities

  • Food preparation for Protein Bowl section (simple cooking - boil, toast, sous vide)
  • Able to work independently during preparation hours
  • Setup station for service hour
  • Warmly greet customers as they approach the counter
  • Adhere to serving guidelines such as food portioning & presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter and food preparation area, including cleaning all equipment, utensils and work areas.
  • Practice first-in, first out (FIFO) inventory management to track and dispose of expired ingredients
  • Manage stock by ordering and storing products, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comply with basic food hygiene guideline & regulations
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items based on insights
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification:
