As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Table and Station Setup: Prepare tables and side stations meticulously to meet event requirements.
Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and bid them farewell with gratitude.
Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, adhering to service protocols to enhance guest satisfaction.
Standards Maintenance: Ensure all service and preparation areas remain clean and hygienic, upholding safety standards.
Support Tasks: Assist with various duties to ensure seamless event operations.
Pre-Banquet Setup: Arrange tables and chairs according to event plans and guest count.
Requirement:
Prior experience in food and beverage service, especially in banquet settings, is a plus.
Strong customer service mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Proficient in reading and speaking English.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proactive and attentive during service hours, with a calm and patient demeanor.
Willingness to take direction and execute tasks diligently.
