Accounts Executive [AR / AP] [Logistic] #EC

Benefits:

• Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

The Challenges:

• Handling full-set of accounts including AP/AR
• Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes for customers
• Prepare payment and receipt in daily basis
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of ledger systems
• Preparation of GST report/ monthly management reporting/ bank reconciliation and journal entries
• Liaise with Operations team on accounting-related matters
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

What It Takes:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with knowledge for full set of accounts required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to converse well in English
• Initiative and ability to work well in a team-based environment with a positive attitude but good to also possess the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Detail-oriented with good organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
