Responsibilities
- Manage the full range of HR functions which include Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Onboarding & Offboarding of staff.
- Prepare HR-related correspondence, including letters and other official documents.
- Manage applications, renewal & termination of work passes.
- Manage entire Payroll process, including CPF contributions and Income Tax reporting.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions.
- Assist in corporate projects and communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
- Meticulous, organized and highly dependable.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
