Responsibilities

  • Manage the full range of HR functions which include Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Onboarding & Offboarding of staff.
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence, including letters and other official documents.
  • Manage applications, renewal & termination of work passes.
  • Manage entire Payroll process, including CPF contributions and Income Tax reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions.
  • Assist in corporate projects and communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
  • Meticulous, organized and highly dependable.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player.
