DESIGNATION : Senior Cyber Security Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to conceptualize, present and articulate Security solutions features and benefits, advanced concepts, future direction and overall solutions to customers and partners.
- Work with business development and sales professionals to identify new potential Security business opportunities as well as further qualify and engage international clientele to elicit, clarify, understand, and articulate their needs.
- Able to propose and recommend on the security product collaborations or bundling with selected value-added products or systems for potential cross-selling opportunities to penetrate new vertical sector.
- Work closely with in-house teams, external partners, or customer in conducting technology awareness and training sessions in different forums relevant to Security.
- Establishes and maintains good business relationships with stakeholders to influence and achieve business goals.
- Possess good fundamentals in the understanding of the interdependencies of the services (application, system, network, and database) to appreciate the security strength or weakness of the solution architecture and able to provide sound recommendation.
- Keeps abreast of technological advancement, emerging standards and new software or hardware solutions specific to Security products and technology that may affect decisions on systems building or enhancements.
- Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends in Security and gives recommendation on best practices for business operations.
- Be a champion on more than one and a few Technical Security Product Stacks.
- Assist Leading and conducting Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and Demo activities to assist sales in closing deals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor in IT
- Certification - CISSP or CISA or CISM. ITIL
- Minimum of 5 years Cybersecurity experience
OTHER INFORMATION
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in IT Security industry and/or involved in large/complex system implementation. Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior post.
- Well-versed and familiar with technology trends, development and methodology including good foundation on PAM, IAM, CTI, VAPT, Cyber Hygiene and Data Privacy.
- Familiarity and work experience with government agencies policies/processes will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Tender presentation).
- Excellent documentation skills with Fluent English (Technical write-up and proposal writing)
- Ability to perform independently and handle liaison from multiple entities, both internal and external.
- Excellent presentation/communication skills (written and verbal).
Must-have skills
- Solution Knowledge of GCC and pertaining Enterprise Architecture
- Security Savy in some product stacks in PAM, IAM, SIEM and CTI
Preferable skills
- Hand-on experience with PAM, IAM, SIEM, CTI would be preferred
- Operational Technology Knowledge would be advantageous
