Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Service Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning duties at various sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be punctual, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

General Cleaning: Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces.
Restroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a safe and sanitary manner.
Floor Care: Clean, buff, and polish floors as required. Use floor care equipment, including vacuums, mops, and floor scrubbers.
Surface Cleaning: Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including counters, light switches, and doorknobs.
Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to maintain a streak-free finish.
Specialized Cleaning: Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and deep cleaning of kitchens or other designated areas.
Inventory Management: Monitor and report inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring the workplace is well-stocked.
Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain safe working practices, using cleaning products and equipment correctly and safely.
Client Communication: Interact with clients professionally and courteously, addressing any questions or concerns related to cleaning services.
Other Duties: Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed and requested by supervisors or clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Sec 2 and above.
Experience: Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
Skills & Competencies:
Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures thoroughly.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for certain positions (if applicable).
