Paper supplier for POS Thermal paper, Nets Rolls, A4 and A3 Papers.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Formulate and implement sales plans for thermal paper products based on the company's overall sales goals, breaking them down by regions and customer segments.

• Market Development and Client Acquisition: Actively explore the market, identify potential clients, maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, and increase market share.

• Achievement of Sales Targets: Promote product sales according to company performance indicators, ensuring the achievement or exceeding of sales targets.

• Customer Needs Analysis and Solution Provision: Deeply understand client requirements, provide professional product solutions, and ensure the products meet business needs.

• Quotations and Contract Negotiations: Handle product pricing, contract negotiations, and signing, safeguarding company interests while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research, gather market information, industry trends, and competitor insights, and adjust sales strategies to respond to market changes.

• Sales Channel Management: Develop and manage distributors, agents, and other sales channels to ensure efficient operations and the achievement of sales targets.

• After-Sales Support: Assist the after-sales team in addressing client feedback and resolving issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

• Sales Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly compiled sales data, analyze performance, provide reports to management, and propose improvement recommendations.

• Participation in Exhibitions and Promotional Activities: Represent the company at industry exhibitions and promotional events, enhancing brand visibility and expanding market influence.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of sales experience in thermal paper, printing consumables, or related industries, with existing industry resources and client relationships.

• Familiarity with B2B sales processes, experience in product sales and channel management, and proficiency in driving the sales process.
